• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Some products are handmade or made-to-order and may require additional preparation time before shipping.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors or incorrect information.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment completion.

2. Custom Orders

• Custom orders are created based on the details provided by the customer.
• Custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
• Slight variations may occur between the final product and images due to the handmade nature of the items.

3. Shipping & Delivery 

• Delivery is available within Kuwait only.
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days (after order preparation).
• Custom orders may require additional processing time before shipping.
• Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged within 3–7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging.
• Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Products & Details

• All items are handmade, so slight variations in color or details may occur compared to images shown.
• These variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.

6. Information & Orders

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and artworks are the property of Dar Bahzad and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the website.
